Sometimes
afraid of reunion, sometimes
of separation: You and I, so fond of the notion
of a you and an I, should live
as though wed never heard those pronouns.
-Rumi
Who would you be
if who you think you are
is not who you are?
And, if you are not who you think you are, what keeps you separate from being really who you are?
These are the questions we will explore in this workshop. We will start with the personality, exploring our negative beliefs that have run our lives, diving deeply into the world of subpersonalities, the different voices in our heads that have all kinds of opinions and feelings. We will learn to embrace and love our personality structure that has been trying to protect us. Gradually, we will explore what is behind the veils of the personality. As we realize who we are not, who we are starts emerging; present, radiant, and still.
